Background: The Department of Energy (DOE) in Washington, DC is issuing a sole source contract to Pitchbook Data, Inc. The contract will be for a web-based subscription service that enables DOE and its agencies, including Advanced Research Project Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), Loan Program Office, Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations, Solar Energy Technologies Office, Office of Research, Technology, and Economic Security, and the Office of Intelligence, to search investments made by specific actors, review specific investments in technology domains, and provide downloadable financial data and round-by-round deal data.
