Description

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Comp-Ray, Inc., under NAICS code 811210 Surgical instrument repair and maintenance services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a for a contractor to provide PM Service on Shimadzu RadSpeed Digital X-ray Systems for the Fort Yuma Health Center and Fort Duchesne PHS Indian Health Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.

Background
The Phoenix Area Office (PAO) of the Indian Health Services (IHS) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Comp-Ray, Inc. for surgical instrument repair and maintenance services. The goal of this contract is to provide preventive maintenance (PM) services on Shimadzu RadSpeed Digital X-ray Systems for the Fort Yuma Health Center and Fort Duchesne PHS Indian Health Center.

Work Details
