Background
The Joint Task Force National Capital Region (JTF NCR) is issuing a Sole Source Notice of Intent for Information Technology (IT) Professional Support Services.

The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to By Light Professional IT Services, LLC, as they are considered the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the agency's requirements.

By Light has been providing IT Professional Services under the Washington Interagency Telecommunications Systems 3 (WITS 3) contract, which supports the command's daily mission activities. The goal of this contract is to ensure continuity and expertise while transitioning to the General Services Administration's new Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for procuring all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform IT Professional Support Services.

This includes providing experienced contractors with specialized skills that are essential for supporting the command’s daily mission activities.
