Sole Source Mindray ePM12M Vet Monitors for Veterinary Readiness Activity Japan

Background
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West (HCD-W), Echo Branch intends to award a sole source purchase order to TrillaMed LLC for the procurement of veterinary patient monitoring systems.

The goal is to support the Veterinary Readiness Activity in Japan by replacing obsolete equipment across seven Veterinary Treatment Facilities (VTFs). This contract is essential for continuous patient monitoring during surgical, emergency, and inpatient procedures for Military Working Dogs (MWDs) and the pets of Service Members.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of 15 Mindray ePM12M Vet Monitors and associated accessories. The detailed product list includes:
- Mindray ePM12M Vet Monitor (Part Number: 9214E-PA0014A) - 15 units
- Artema One-slot Sidestream CO2 module (M02D) without accessories - 15 units
- Backup Battery Rechargeable Li-ion Battery (11.1V, 2600mAh) - 15 units
- Mindray Sidestream CO2 kit (large) including various components - 15 units
- Dual-slot Multi-Gas accessory kit (Adu/Ped/Neo) including various components - 15 units
- ECG alligator clip, ECG trunk cable, NIBP accessory kit, thermal paper, Masimo cable with adult sensor, roll stands standard, IBP accessories kit - all totaling 15 units each where applicable.

Period of Performance
Items shall be delivered within 90 days after receipt of order.
