Sole Source Metal Spray Booth PM & Calibration

Background
The contract is issued by the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) to provide Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Service support for six Metal Spray Booths. These systems are critical for thermal spraying parts and components in support of various aircraft programs, including the UH-60, AH-64, OH-58, and CH-47D. The contractor will not exercise supervision over the service providers performing these services, which are essential for maintaining operational capability.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide:
1. Annual Preventive Maintenance for six metal plasma booths as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. Annual Calibration for six metal plasma booths as per the PWS.
3. On-site personnel will consist of Field Service Engineers with adequate skills to complete the requirements and assist CCAD personnel.
4. A complete operational check during each visit to ensure proper operating conditions of the Thermal Spray equipment.
5. Coordination of scheduled Calibration visits at least 20 days in advance to allow CCAD to adjust their production schedule.
6. Proof of calibration certificates upon completion of each calibration visit, along with a calibration sticker on the equipment.
7. Development and maintenance of a Quality Control Program to ensure services meet contract standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is one year with two option years that can be funded and exercised at the discretion of the government.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at Corpus Christi Army Depot, 308 Crecy St., Corpus Christi, TX, specifically inside Buildings 8, 1880, & 1700.
