Sole Source Justification for Datadog Information Technology (IT) Support (Pilot)

Background
The Army Contracting Command (ACC-RI) is issuing a sole-source justification for a contract with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to fulfill the U.S. Army's requirement for specialized Datadog software training and implementation support for the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA).

This acquisition aims to enhance the capabilities of ECMA through expert guidance on cloud management solutions.

Work Details
The contract involves providing 5 interactive guided session sets, each consisting of 10 individual sessions, totaling 50 sessions.

The services include assisting ECMA tenants with setup, configuration, and deployment of Datadog services; advising on implementation strategies and best practices; and developing solutions such as automation workflows, integration strategies, and scaling deployment methodologies tailored to ECMA’s environment and business objectives.

Period of Performance
The task order will have a 12-month period of performance.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the location of the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA).

Bidder Requirements
Only Carahsoft Technology Corp. is authorized to provide the required training and implementation services due to their status as an OEM-certified partner of Datadog.

Other vendors were disqualified based on their lack of authorization to deliver official Datadog training and professional integration services.
