Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award W9124723D0011, awarded to WIN Win Aviation for $144,550 (04/07/23–04/04/26), where the contractor provided blade-hour aviation services in support of ABNSOTD operations, including scheduled exercise support and related weather cancellation activities. The described work for the current sole-source requirement—providing all-inclusive flight services using a CASA 212 or equivalent aircraft with pilots, maintenance, and equipment to conduct static line and military free-fall parachute operations—appears to be a continuation of the same ABNSOTD blade-hour aviation support function at Fort Bragg.
