Sole Source J&A for VIDEX

Background
The 906th Contracting Battalion, RCO Daegu intends to award a sole source contract for transportation and material-handling equipment (MHE) services. This contract is crucial for the Vietnam Defense Expo, scheduled from December 19-22, 2024, at Gia Lam Airport in Hanoi.

The event is a high priority for the US Ambassador to Vietnam, showcasing Army equipment and a U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) General Officer to reinforce military-to-military engagements with Vietnam's Ministry of Defense (MOD). GAET has been designated as the sole vendor and exclusive Freight Supervisor for this event under the General Department of Defense Industry of Vietnam and the Vietnam MOD.

Work Details
The vendor will provide transportation and MHE to move military equipment from Hai Phong Seaport to Gia Lam Airport for the Expo. The contract includes:
