SOLE SOURCE - Helmet Display Tracker System   2

Amendment 0002:
The Government anticipates awarding a 5-year, Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinitely Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Helmet Display Tracker System (HDTS) Kits and associated line items on a sole source basis to: Elbit Systems of America LLC, 4700 Marine Creek Parkway, Fort Worth, Texas 76136-6969, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
This procurement is for a min. 1/max.126 HDTS Kits and associated line items in accordance with the Performance Specification and Statement of Work. The FOB point shall be FOB destination: NSWC Crane. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination.

Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to Elbit Systems of America LLC through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, contracting by negotiations. The anticipated contract action award date is 30 NOV 2015. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
