Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Non-Commercial item BS II and Commercial items SSS III, TacFLIR 380HD, Maritime 380HD EOS Systems and variants, PIO Spares, TTE, Non-Warranty Repairs, Field Repairs, Travel, Training, Engineering Services, Refurbishment/Upgrades and data.

The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, FLIR Systems, Inc., Wilsonville, Oregon, 97070, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source. This is being sole source because "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an estimated value of $62,639,678.
