Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Acquisition (OA), hereby submits an official notice of a sole source award. The Government has awarded a firm-fixed priced contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) under Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(1) implemented by the FAR Subpart FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). This procurement action is a follow-on award for aircraft modification services for CBP owned DHC-8 aircraft.

The period of performance for this order is the following: September 28, 2023 through February 28, 2027 which includes two optional periods.

The total award amount with option periods is $69,279,006.20.
