SOLE SOURCE – Common Chassis Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA’s), Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRA’s) and Sub-Assemblies   4

Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC-CR), Expeditionary Contracts Division is issuing a sole source contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation for support of the Common Chassis Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA), Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRA), and sub-assemblies. This is in support of the Common Chassis Signals Intelligence mission sensor used on various platforms within the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft program office PMA-290, Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office PMUAS PMA-262, Submarine Sensor Systems Program Office PMS-435, and Naval Underwater Warfare Center NUWC.

Work Details
The contract covers procurement of contractor support through all program phases including repair, rework, maintenance actions, engineering support services, research and development, test and evaluation, redesign and modification, training, data collection, and logistics support services.

The SNC Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) along with Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) include Common Chassis Single Board Computer Assemblies, High Band Chassis, Power Supplies and Converters. The goal is to ensure that PMA-290, PMA-262, PMS-435, and NUWC Platforms are Fully Mission Capable for their maritime surveillance duties such as anti-submarine warfare, command control communications computers intelligence surveillance reconnaissance (C4ISR), search and rescue operations.

Period of Performance
The ordering period is five years after the contract award with authority to act under this class justification expiring five years after BOA execution estimated to be on 30 January 2028.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Sierra Nevada Corporation's facilities located at 444 Salomon Circle, Sparks, NV.
