Background
The USDA, through the General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking to negotiate a 5-year renewal option for its current lease at 15415 W Sand Street, Victorville, CA. The USDA is satisfied with the current leased space and the Lessor's responsiveness.

Work Details
The contract involves negotiating a 5-year renewal option for 4,200 ABOA/4,800 rentable square feet of office space without full and open competition.

The current rental rate is $19.80 per RSF per year. The GSA Lease Administration Manager confirmed there are no fire protection or life safety deficiencies, and no increase in square footage is planned.
