SolarWinds Software Subscription renewal in support of NAVSEA

This request for quotation (RFQ) is to procure a brand name, firm fixed price, commercial-off-the-shelf SolarWinds Software Subscription Renewal in support of Portsmouth, Pearl Harbor, Norfolk, and Puget Naval Shipyards. The period of performance is date of award through December 21, 2024. This order has an effective date estimated to begin February 9, 2023. There were no new releases or versions received during the period of December 22, 2023, and date of award. However, the Government is entitled to new releases and versions during this period at no additional cost. There shall be no reinstatement or reactivation fees for software support that was received during this period.
