Background
The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement for healthcare solar shades at the Eugene Towbin Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to provide professional installation of new solar shades for pod 2L, ensuring compliance with the specific needs of the facility and enhancing the environment for patients and staff.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for the installation of solar shades. The project includes field verification, receiving, delivery, assembly, installation, and inspection of all Solar Shade Systems. The specific products required include:

- CLIN 1: TYPE A - Single Shade with Fascia 59"W X 60"H (Quantity: 3)
- CLIN 2: TYPE B - Single Shade with Fascia 129"W X 60"H (Quantity: 20)
- CLIN 3: TYPE C - Single Shade with Fascia 104"W X 60"H (Quantity: 5)
- CLIN 4: TYPE D - Single Shade with Fascia 98.5"W X 60"H (Quantity: 4)
- CLIN 5: Installation of Solar Shades (Quantity: 1)

The contractor must ensure that all finished surfaces are free from defects and that the solar shades have smooth finishes without hazardous projections. Additionally, the contractor must provide maintenance manuals and as-built drawings in PDF and AutoCAD formats.
