Solar PV System

This solicitation has been extended to facilitate time for vendors that had to deal with the Hurricane.

Extending the solicitation to 09/06/2023 due to having a site visit on 08/29/2023 to allow time for Q&A and estimate creation.

Another site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 08/29/2023 at 9:00 AM EST. Please provide the names of personnel requesting to attend with the companies they are representing to lynn.hults@usda.gov by Monday 08/28/2023 at 3:00 PM CST.

Making a change to the SOW. Cutting the serviced items in half.

This is being reopened due to not having enough competition. some vendors have exprecessed interest if it was extended. Since only one estimate was recieved and we have a possiblity o more for adequite competition we will open thi up again until September 1.

If another site visit is desire let me know at lynn.hults@usda.gov.

For Question 23, this is not considered a construction thus there is no price range.

For Question 24, This has been solicited for almost 4 weeks. At this time I do not feel that more time is needed.

A. Project Title: Solar PV System in Charleston, SC.

B. Applicable NAICS code is 221114 Solar Electric Power Generation.

C. This is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 37.

D. Prospective offerors shall complete block 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30.

E. Prospective offerors shall be registered with Systems for Awards
Management(SAM)with an active registration.

F. a site visit has been scheduled for July 25, 2023, at 8:00 AM EST. Please submit the names of personnel requesting to attend with the company they are in association with to lynn.hults@usda.gov and robert.simmons@usda..gov by 4:00 PM July 24, 2023.
