Background
The Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) at Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia is issuing this contract for the installation of solar powered parking lot lights. The goal of this contract is to enhance lighting in parking areas to improve safety and visibility while utilizing sustainable energy solutions.

Work Details
The contractor is required to install a total of twenty-one (21) solar powered parking lot lights at specified locations: three (3) lights with attachments at building 6003, two (2) lights with attachments at building 6004, and sixteen (16) lights with attachments at building 6005. The contractor must provide all necessary materials and labor for the installation, including disposal of debris and packaging materials post-installation.

An installation work plan and schedule must be submitted prior to mobilization, and a minimum of five (5) working days' notice is required for parking lot closures. A twenty (20) foot standoff area around the work zone must be maintained. The new lights should be mounted without demolishing existing fixtures, which will remain for future use.

Once installed, the new fixtures are to operate from dusk till dawn. An operational verification test must be conducted with Government representatives present after installation to ensure functionality; any deficiencies identified during this test must be corrected by the contractor, followed by another verification test.

Place of Performance
The installation will take place at SWFLANT, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia 31547, specifically at buildings 6003, 6004, and 6005.
