Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) type Delivery Order to
Northrop Grummnan Systems Corporation (NGSC), Melbourne, Florida (FL) to create and fund the Software Support Activity (SSA) in support of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE) MYP Aircraft. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is Title 10, U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source', and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
