Draft SOW - The second paragraph of 3.2.2.2 has been revised, 3.2.2.3 has been deleted, 3.4.2 and 3.4.7 tables have been updated to remove the requirement for SCI.

The Draft SOW is also being published with the intent to solicit comments and promote competition. It is requested that interested businesses submit to the Contracting Office suggestions from industry regarding how competition may best be achieved regarding the Draft SOW. The comments and suggestions should be submitted in a separate document (but in the same e-mail) from the capabilities statement package and will not count against the page limit outlined above. If an interested business has already submitted a capabilities statement package, and does not wish to make any changes as a result of this amendment, they may submit an additional email with comments and suggestions. Respondents should also include their company name and cage code with this document. All such suggestions will be considered; however, the Government reserves the right to solicit for the required services in a manner of its own choosing in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations. No questions will be accepted and no responses will be provided with reference to comments or suggestions.
