Software as a Service 2.0

Background
The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC), Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Contracting Division intends to issue a solicitation and utilize the P1 DevSecOps Pipeline & Platform Integration & Licensing Services BOA. This Procurement will result in a single award contract and is a small business set-aside. The Sentinel Software Tool Chain Management service will provide end-to-end management of commercially-available software tools. The services to be provided are an enterprise level of software license procurement, software license management, and security technical analysis of software requirements. These services are required for the Software Tool Chain Management to support authorized software teams (military, civilians, and contractors) to develop and sustain software applications for the modernization effort of multiple software programs supporting operations of the Sentinel (formerly GBSD) Systems Directorate. The goal of the Sentinel’s Information Technology Division (NXZ) is to migrate the existing legacy software to a more evolvable architecture that can leverage the GBSD cloud environment to bring capability to the warfighter faster, reduce procurement timelines, reduce program sustainment costs, and increase system reliability. Sentinel seeks to modernize use and deployment of current applications and leverage the advantages of cloud computing, Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and adoption of a continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines in order to more quickly deploy software capability in support of Sentinel weapon’s system design reviews and business intelligence.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is one 12-month base year plus two 12-month option years.
