The Government is still working through information received through this Request for Information. Acquisition Strategy talks are still in work and final decisions have not been made. As such, there is NO current plan to hold SOFGSD Industry Day in March 2025. It is unclear when Industry Day will be held, but any announcement will be provided through this notice.

We have received approval to move forward with developing our Acquisition Strategy and are beginning this now.

It is not anticipated that an RFP will be released in any form until after 1 January 2025.

Please continue to watch this space for additional information to be released.

***SPECIAL NOTICE***

This notice is being provided to share the status of the SOF Core Support (SCS) recompete, currently known as SOF Global Services Delivery (SOF GSD).

As previously stated during SOF Week 2024, we are still in the acquisition planning stage and no decisions have been made at this time. This includes any decision on number of awardees, a date for Industry Day, or anticipated audience.

Please watch this space or bookmark this notice. Updates will only be provided here and not through any other means. This notice will remain open and will be updated until a formal draft RFP is posted, at which time this Special Notice will be closed.

We understand industry's interest in this requirement and appreciate your willingness to support the SOF Mission. Please bear with us as we continue to work through our acquisition planning.

Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is a Unified Combatant Command of the Department of Defense (DoD) with the mission to provide fully capable Special Operations Forces to defend the United States and its interests.

The SOF Global Services Delivery (SOFGSD) contract aims to support USSOCOM's command priorities, which include competing and winning for the nation, preserving and growing readiness, innovating for future threats, advancing partnerships, and strengthening the force and family.

This contract is part of USSOCOM's ongoing efforts to ensure that Special Operations Forces are highly trained, properly equipped, and deployed effectively.

Work Details
The contractor will provide subject matter expertise and knowledge-based services in support of USSOCOM’s enterprise requirements for U.S. based and globally assigned Special Operations Forces missions.

Key areas of support include:
1. Education and Training Services: Support training in garrison and field environments, including vocational training, curriculum development, operational support, education policy analysis, and translation services.
2. Management Support Services: Provide administrative support for various management functions including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
3. Program Management: Oversee program execution ensuring quality work performance across all tasks.
4. Engineering, Technical and Professional Services: Deliver technical expertise in various domains relevant to USSOCOM operations.
5. Administrative & Other Services: Enhance organizational efficiency through improved workflows and IT systems management.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a ten-year ordering period following its anticipated award after January 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including HQ USSOCOM at MacDill AFB FL, Fort Bragg NC (USASOC & JSOC), Hurlburt Field FL (AFSOC), Camp Lejeune NC (MARSOC), Coronado CA (NAVSPECWARCOM), and other Theater Special Operations Commands globally.
