Background
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Soda Springs Ranger District, Caribou-Targhee National Forest, is seeking janitorial services to maintain satisfactory facility conditions and ensure a clean, neat, and professional appearance.

This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification Standard Code 561720 for Janitor Services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide labor, transportation, supervision, and some equipment necessary to perform janitorial services. Specific tasks include:
- Basic Cleaning Services
- Basic Restroom and Utility Room Cleaning Services
- Periodic Cleaning Services.

The contractor must also address contractor-furnished property, sustainable acquisition/bio-based product information, frequency/schedule of services, general maintenance issues, supervision and security requirements, and qualifications of personnel.
