Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is issuing this solicitation for the supply and direct delivery of Bag-In-Box beverage products, including both carbonated and non-carbonated options.

This acquisition aims to support DOD and non-DOD customers, including Navy and Coast Guard ships, across the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. The goal is to establish Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contracts that allow for flexible ordering and delivery of beverage products while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Work Details
The contract will cover the supply of Carbonated and Non-Carbonated beverage products in Bag-In-Box format, including but not limited to:
- Carbonated beverages such as cola, diet cola, lemon-lime soda, etc.
- Non-carbonated beverages including iced tea, sports drinks, flavored waters, and juice beverages containing less than 100% fruit juice (with specific exceptions).
- The contractor will also provide necessary dispensing equipment and CO2 for these beverages.

The contract will be a Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a minimum guarantee of $175,000 per contract and a maximum ceiling of $7 million or 15 months.

The minimum order quantity is set at 5 individual Bag-In-Box products per purchase order. All items must be listed in the Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES) catalog to be eligible for ordering.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to various locations including CONUS, Navy ships, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.
