Background
The U.S. Air Force in Europe operates in conjunction with allied forces to maintain a strong presence ensuring security and stability is fortified for both the visiting forces and host nations within the region. This requirement is in support of collaborative training exercise(s) being conducted in Finland to enhance interoperability and foster joint training and tactical operations. The program is enacted to foster joint training exercises between the U.S. and Finnish Air Force, contributing directly to the training and overall allowing for the U.S. Air Force to expeditiously obtain the needed equipment and services for the specified period of performance.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the renting or leasing of snowmobiles for the specified duration contained herein, including rental fees, maintenance responsibilities, and insurance requirements. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, safety equipment, any other items, and services necessary to ensure snowmobile rentals are successfully delivered and maintained for the complete period of performance outlined in this Performance Work Statement.
Specific requirements include providing snowmobiles with certain specifications such as engine size, track length, seating capacity, fuel supply, servicing, replacement as needed, additional variator belt, petrol/oils/lubricants, cost for any damages due to technical failures (vehicles used in proper manner), replacement delivery within a specific time frame at the delivery/acceptance location, and unrestricted miles/kilometer usage.
