Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of the division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. This contract aims to ensure safe conditions on roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks through effective snow removal services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for snow removal services at seven designated sites in Minnesota. Services include:
- Removing snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks;
- Treating cleaned surfaces to be skid-free using contractor-furnished sand, salt or approved chemicals;
- Performing multiple snow/ice removals as required;
- Adhering to specific operational guidelines regarding snowfall accumulation.

The contractor must comply with State and Local Department of Transportation requirements for materials used. The contract specifies that if snowfall accumulates to 6 inches or more during a single visit, it will constitute two plowing orders.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026 with four additional twelve-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at seven sites in Minnesota: MN002 (310 Nine Tenth Ave Brainerd), MN005 (1101 S 3rd Street Buffalo), MN011 (1500 St Louis Ave Duluth), MN018 (1550 Pohl Road Mankato), MN042 (100 HWY 60 Wabasha), MN044 (612 North Highway 71 SRV Road Wilmar), and MN048 (1012 Milton Ave Worthington).
