Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Snow Removal Services at Colebrook River Lake, Colebrook, CT. The procurement is set-aside for small business vendors.

Work Details
The work consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary for snow removal services in accordance with the Statement of Work. The services include plowing main entrance and roadway to spillway parking lot, project office area for different storm events (3-inch to 6-inch, 6-inch to 12-inch, and 12-inch to 24-inch). The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation necessary to perform snow removal activities at the Colebrook River Lake Project.
The period of performance will start on the date of the contract award and end on July 31, 2024. In addition, there are two option years with the same scope of work and services.

The option years would include a period of performance from August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2025 and August 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
