The purpose of amendment two (2) is to correct an administrative error in the supplemental information section of the solicitation. The correction is to correct the email from courtney.l.davis65.cvi@army.mil to courtney.l.davis65.civ@army.mil. Amendment Two (2) will extend the quotes due date to 3 October 2024 by 10 AM CST. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

The purpose of Amendment One (1) is to respond to vendor questions. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.

Solicitation W911SA25Q3021 will be issued on Tuesday, 3 September 2024, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for Snow Removal Services at two (2) locations in Wisconsin. The performance period is 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025 with four (4) option year and a six (6) month option to extend services.

Quotes shall be emailed to courtney.l.davis65.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time. As an addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the

Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division, established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supports over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states.
This contract aims to provide snow removal services at two Army Reserve facilities in Wisconsin, ensuring safe conditions for personnel and operations during winter months.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform snow removal services at the following locations:

- WI047 - 619 W Wisconsin Ave Pewaukee, WI 53072
- WI064 - 4850 W Silver Spring Dr Milwaukee, WI 53218.

Services include:
1. Removal of snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks.
2. Treatment of cleaned surfaces to ensure they are skid-free using contractor-furnished sand, salt or approved chemicals compliant with state and local regulations.
3. Multiple snow/ice removals may be required each day based on snowfall conditions.
4. Snow plowing operations must begin within two hours of notification from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Designated Representative (DR).
5. The contractor is responsible for end-of-season cleanup in spring and must ensure that snow is not piled in entrances to walkways.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 with four optional years and a six-month extension option.
