Background
The contract is issued for snow removal services at various locations (IN002, IN004, IN008, IN010, IN011, IN030, IN032, IN036) under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Government. The primary mission is to ensure safe and accessible environments during winter weather conditions by providing timely snow removal and ice control services.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for all personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, transportation, and services needed to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Specific tasks include:

1. Snow plowing and sidewalk snow removal ordered by the COR or DR.

2. End-of-season cleanup in spring.

3. Treatment of surfaces with sand/salt or approved chemicals to ensure skid-free conditions.

4. Clearing of roads, sidewalks, parking lots, loading bays/docks down to bare surfaces as indicated on facility maps.

5. Ensuring all fire hydrants are cleared with a minimum 5-foot diameter around them and a clear pathway free of ice and snow.

6. Snow removal operations must commence within two hours of notification from the COR or DR and must be completed to their satisfaction.

The services will be performed at various locations designated as IN002, IN004, IN008, IN010, IN011, IN030, IN032, and IN036.
