Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, and supports over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states.

The mission of this contract is to provide snow removal services at various Army Reserve facilities to maintain safe conditions for personnel and operations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other necessary items to perform snow removal services.

Specific tasks include:
- Removing snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks;
- Treating cleaned surfaces to be skid-free using contractor-furnished sand, salt, or approved chemicals;
- Performing multiple snow/ice removals as needed;
- Ensuring sidewalks remain slip-free.

Snow removal will typically be ordered at the end of a snowfall or during a continuing snowfall. The contractor must adhere to local Department of Transportation requirements for materials used. If snowfall accumulates to 6 inches or more, two plowing orders may be billed for that visit. The contractor must verify actual site conditions and measurements.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.

- IN036 (401 E Davis Drive Terre Haute, IN).
