Snow Removal Service for UT003 (Logan, UT)

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division, established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supports over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states by providing exceptional base operations support in the Northwest region.

The goal of this contract is to ensure safe conditions on roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks through effective snow removal services.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for snow removal services at the Army Reserve facility UT003 located at 224 E 1800 North, Logan, UT 84341.

Services include:
- Removing snow and ice from roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks;
- Treating cleaned surfaces to be skid-free using contractor-furnished sand or approved chemicals;
- Performing multiple snow/ice removals as required each day;
- Ensuring sidewalks remain slip-free.

The contractor must comply with State and Local Department of Transportation requirements for materials used. Snow plowing will be ordered based on snowfall accumulation with specific billing scenarios outlined for different depths of snow.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and a six-month (6) option to extend services.
