SNOW REMOVAL FOR WFO GLASGOW MONTANA

(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NWWT9768-18-00201TM1.

(III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100.

(IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 561730. The small business size standard is $7.5 M.

(V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial service:

Line Item 0001 - Base Year; Services, non-personal, to provide all equipment, labor and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Snow Removal Service for the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office located in Glasgow, MT in accordance with the attached statement of work. Firm Fixed Price, billing monthly in arrears. For the period of 9 months.

Line Item 1001 - Option Year 1; Services, non-personal, to provide all equipment, labor and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Snow Removal Service for the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office located in Glasgow, MT in accordance with the attached statement of work. Firm Fixed Price, billing monthly in arrears. For the period of 12) months.

Line Item 4001 - Option Year 4; Services, non-personal, to provide all equipment, labor and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for Snow Removal Service for the National Weather Service Weather Forecast Office located in Glasgow, MT in accordance with the attached statement of work. Firm Fixed Price, billing monthly in arrears. For the period of 12 months.

(VI) Description of requirements is as follows:
See attached Statement of Work which applies to Base Year and all Option Years 1 - 4, and Department of Labor Wage Rates: WD 2005-5395, Revision No. 6, dated 08/07/2018, which can be found on: www.wdol.gov.

(VII) Period of performance shall be:
Base Year for a 9 month period 10/1/2018 through 6/30/2019.
Option Period 1 for a 12 month period 7/1/2019 through 6/30/2020.
Option Period 2 for a 12 month period 7/1/2020 through 6/30/2021.
Option Period 3 for a 12 month period 7/1/2021 through 6/30/2022.
Option Period 4 for a 12 month period 7/1/2022 through 6/30/2023.

(VIII) Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating do not apply.
