Background
The solicitation is for providing all labor, supplies, and materials for snow removal and landscaping services at the BCT (TRACON) in Merrimack, NH. Work Details

The contractor is responsible for all items of work identified in the attached FAA SOW and provision of the contract as described in Section J. The contractor must provide a price for each contract line item (CLIN) and failure to comply may result in rejection of the offer. The solicitation also includes clauses related to prices/costs for services, inspection of services, holidays observed by the FAA, electronic commerce and signature requirements, disclosure regarding payments to influence certain federal transactions, contractor personnel suitability requirements, evaluation factors for award including past experience and past performance criteria.
