Background
The Army Contracting Command-NJ has a potential requirement for Snow and Ice Removal Services at the 1SG Lawrence O. Poncin United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) located at 50 John Williams Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. This is a non-personal services contract to provide snow and ice removal services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD). The period of performance shall be for 12 months from the effective date of award with four 12-month option periods.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide snow and ice removal services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall ensure that snow and ice removal services are performed on all specified locations as per the site map.
The contractor shall maintain effective quality control to ensure services are performed according to the PWS. The contractor's workforce must comply with all personal identity verification directed by DOD, HQDA and/or local policy.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for 12 months from the effective date of award with four 12-month option periods.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the 1SG Lawrence O. Poncin USARC, 50 John Williams Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.
