Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W15QKN-25-R-A005 is issued as a Request for Proposal for Snow and Ice Services Services in Johnstown, PA(PA051/PA052/PA053 in support of the 99th Readiness Division. Please see below link to access the attachments for additional information on how to propose.

Background
The U.S. Army, specifically the 99th Readiness Division, is issuing this solicitation for Snow and Ice Removal Services in Johnstown, PA.
The contract aims to ensure safe and accessible facilities during winter conditions at designated locations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide snow and ice removal services at the following locations in Johnstown, PA:
1. JASF 292 Aviation Drive, Johnstown, PA 15902 - Buildings: 292, 288, 284, 230, 218, 200, 204, 195, PH-1, FPH-1, Guard Shack, and Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC tower) at 471 Airport Road.
2. USARC #2 at 1300 St Clair Road.
3. John P. Murtha United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) at 295 Goucher Street.
The contractor is expected to perform snow and ice removal in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) provided in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of performance of 12 months with four additional option periods of 12 months each.
