Snow and Ice Removal Services in Canton, NY

Background
The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking a contractor to provide snow and ice removal services in support of the 99th Readiness Division (RD).

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and safe workplace free of snow and ice at the Canton USARC located at 45 W. Main Street, Canton, NY 13617. This requirement is a firm fixed price contract and is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform snow and ice removal services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Key tasks include:
1. Snow plowing/sanding/ice removal procedures must commence within two hours of notification from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
2. All parking lots and entrances must be cleared to bare pavement with visible curbs and catch basins.
3. The contractor must take 'before and after' time-stamped pictures of serviced areas to verify completion of work.
4. Services must comply with federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining effective quality control throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is for one 12-month base period starting approximately on November 12, 2025, with four additional 12-month option periods.
