Snow and Ice Removal Services - Coraopolis, PA (PA166)   2

Background
The U.S. Army is seeking to procure Snow and Ice Removal Services for the 99th Readiness Division, specifically at the T/SGT Vernon McGarity U.S. Army Reserve Center located in Coraopolis, PA. This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses and is subject to the availability of funds. The goal of this contract is to ensure a safe and accessible environment by maintaining clear pathways free from snow and ice during winter months.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform snow and ice removal services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include:

1. Clearing sidewalks and parking areas of snow accumulation.
2. Removing snow piles from designated areas.
3. Applying ice melt as needed to prevent hazardous conditions.
4. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding snow removal.
5. Maintaining effective quality control to ensure services meet contract standards.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four additional 12-month option periods available.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the T/SGT Vernon McGarity U.S. Army Reserve Center/Commissary/AAFES located at 99 Soldiers Lane, Coraopolis, PA 15108.
