Snow and Ice Removal - NY001 and NY059

Background
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is issuing this solicitation on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division DPW to procure Snow and Ice Removal Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean workplace free of snow and ice at specified locations in Albany and Schenectady, NY.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to perform snow and ice removal services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Services include:
1. Snow removal for various depths (3"-6", 6"-10", 10"-14", 14"+).
2. Ice melt and sand application.
3. Sidewalk clearing.
4. All services must comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
5. Quality control measures must be maintained to ensure compliance with contract standards.
