Background
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey is seeking potential sources for Snow and Ice Removal Services for the 99th Readiness Division in Cranberry, PA.

The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean workplace free of snow and ice, supporting the operational readiness of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel, and other items necessary to deliver snow and ice removal services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Key tasks include:
1. Performing snow and ice removal on all locations specified on the site map.
2. Maintaining effective quality control to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
3. Following a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) to evaluate contractor performance against performance standards.
4. Responding to notifications from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within two hours to commence services.
5. Documenting services performed with 'before and after' time-stamped pictures for verification of work completed.
6. Ensuring that all parking lots, entrances, sidewalks, pathways, catch basins, hydrants, dumpsters, and HVAC areas are cleared of snow and ice to bare pavement with no trailing windrows left behind.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is for 12 months from the effective date of award with four additional 12-month option periods.
