Amendment 0001 - THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO PROVIDE AN ANSWER TO A VENDOR'S QUESTION AND PROVIDE AN UPDATED "ATTACHMENT 2_ELIN PRICE SCHEDULE_W912PB25RA016" TO CORRECT THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: E002, E003, E102, E103, E202, E203, E302, E303, E402, AND E403.

Please ensure you acknowledge the amendment via signature on the Solicitation Amendment W912PB25RA0160001 SF30 and update your proposal as necessary.

409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation for the procurement of services for Snow and Ice Control within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria-Vilseck and Grafenwoehr, Germany. A firm fixed price (FFP) Requirements Type Contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.

The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 November 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Periods with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract).

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
