Snow and Grounds Services for OH105 Multi-Site

Background
The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting over 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of this division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. The goal of this contract is to ensure safe conditions on roadways, parking lots, loading bays/docks, and sidewalks through effective snow removal services.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform snow removal services at multiple Army Reserve facilities located in Chillicothe, Whitehall, Delaware, Blacklick, and Columbus, Ohio. Services include:
- Removal of snow and ice from all designated areas including roadways and sidewalks.
- Treatment of cleaned surfaces to be skid-free using contractor-furnished sand or salt that complies with State and Local Department of Transportation requirements.
- Multiple snow/ice removals may be required each day based on snowfall conditions.
- The contractor must respond to service requests based on specific snowfall depths; for example:
- If snowfall accumulates to 6 inches or more during a single visit, it will count as two plowing orders.
- The contractor is responsible for determining actual site conditions and measurements.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period from March 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026 and includes four (4) additional 12-month option periods with an option to extend services for up to six (6) months.
