Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) wishes to procure services from Lockheed Martin to assist with the transition of the HELLFIRE Missile Depot (HMD) capability. The goal of the tasks is to leverage original equipment manufacturer (OEM) expertise and over twenty years’ experience operating the HMD as the capability transitions to the organic industrial base (OIB). This will streamline the training of the OIB workforce, physical movement of the HMD property/equipment, turn in of the GOCO facilities, OIB workflow processes, and OIB spare parts sourcing.

Work Details
a. The Contractor shall assist in development of the HELLFIRE Missile Repair training procedures and provide hands-on depot level support to the U.S. Government (USG) workforce.

b. The Contractor shall monitor HMD facilities and equipment on-site.

c. The Contractor shall provide on-site support for equipment turn, documentation, inventory reconciliation and assist in any way needed for packaging and shipment of equipment and parts.

d. The Contractor shall assist with base access to the HMD facility at Anniston, AL. The Contractor shall travel to Chambersburg, PA up to six times to provide on-site support to LEAD.
