This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M6740020R0003 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 03Apr2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05 and DPN 20200114. The Government may make single award to a responsible offer which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted offer.
