Description

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) awarded Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) HS002122A0002 to Carahsoft Technologies Corp on August 11, 2022. The BPA was placed against General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule GS-35F-0119Y. All CLINs are Firm-Fixed Price (FFP).

The BPA was established on a limited source basis, in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required becuase the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.

In addition, per FAR Part 8.402(f), DCSA awarded a Sole Source Line Item on a limited source basis as an Open Market Item, pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
