The purpose of this amendment is correct the size standard on FA252125QB102 as stated below.

A.Change the size standard from: Full and Open Competition to 100% Small Business.

B.All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Background
The solicitation is issued by the United States Air Force, specifically under the solicitation number FA252125QB102. The purpose of this contract is to provide an after-hours mail pick-up solution for dormitories using keyless smart lockers. This initiative aims to enhance mail handling efficiency, as the Postal Service Center currently receives approximately 50 packages daily. The lockers must comply with United States Postal Services (USPS) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) requirements.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver a Smart Locker System that meets the following specifications:
- Steel construction with heavy-duty gauge
- Color preference: gray
- Must include installation and onsite training for staff
- Input power rating of 120VAC single phase, not exceeding 20 amps, and able to plug into a standard receptacle
- Built-in large touchscreen with industrial-grade computer
- Backup power source included
- Wi-Fi or Ethernet port capability
- Motion sensor security camera for area monitoring and embedded cameras for parcel pickup verification
- ADA compliant with maximum dimensions: depth of 24 inches, height of 86 inches
- Configurable for inward placement with maximum lengths of 168 inches (14 feet) or 160 inches (13 feet 4 inches)
- Minimum locker doors: 70 total, including at least 8 doors that are at least 36" tall and 15" wide, at least 6 doors that are at least 22 inches tall and 16" wide, at least 25 doors that are at least 10 inches tall and 16" wide, and at least 10 doors that are at least 5 inches tall and 10" wide. All locker doors must be a minimum of 13.25 inches wide.
- Must provide 24/7 customer service technical support by phone and have the ability to manage customer databases along with real-time metrics on locker availability, usage, delivery status, etc.

Period of Performance
Delivery date is set for within 90 days after receipt of order (ARO).

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to Building 424 Falcon Ave, Patrick SFB, FL 32925-5359.
