THIS IS MARKET RESEARH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a Sources Sought annoucement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition and does not constitute a solicitation for competitive bids/proposals and is not in any way a commitment by the Government. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure:

A L3 Harris' KOR-24A Small Tactical Terminal.

Please see attached "STT Salient Characteristics" document for requirements.

The designated NAICS Code is: 334220 - RADIO AND TELEVISION BROADCASTING AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING

Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/DUNS codes and the primary point of contact. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and expereince to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this annoucement.

Background
The solicitation is issued by the U.S. Air Force, specifically for the procurement of the L3 Harris KOR-24A Small Tactical Terminal (STT). The goal of this contract is to acquire a fully functional and operational STT solution that meets specific performance requirements for military operations.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver the following items:
1. Equipment:
- One (1) L3Harris KOR-24A Small Tactical Terminal
- One (1) VHF/UHF omnidirectional antenna and one (1) L-Band antenna per terminal
- Two (2) batteries per terminal and associated charging equipment
- All necessary cabling for interfacing with a compute environment
- Ruggedized carrying cases for each terminal and associated accessories
- Mounting tray with fan
- Power conditioning unit

2. Software and Licenses:
- All necessary software and licenses for operating the STT KOR-24A, including SCA v2.2.2 or higher.
- Integration with ADSI and JRE systems.

3. Documentation:
- Electronic and hard copies of user manuals, technical manuals, and quick start guides.

4. Training:
- Operator and maintenance training for 10 personnel at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.

5. Support:
- One-year warranty on all hardware and software.
- Technical support with a 24-hour response time for critical issues.

Performance Requirements include compliance with MIL-STD-810F, interoperability with existing systems, cryptographic capabilities, and meeting specified environmental conditions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract shall be from 1 November 2025 to 31 March 2027.

Place of Performance
Delivery and initial inspection will take place at the 88th Test and Evaluation Squadron, Nellis AFB, NV. On-site testing and training will also be conducted at this location.
