Small Business Janitorial IDIQ Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan   2

Background
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Janitorial Services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at various Military Recruiting Offices in Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan. The solicitation is for the award of a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool consisting of approximately five (5) firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Each IDIQ contract will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods. The MATOC will have a total shared capacity of $10,000,000. The procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, with a size determination of $19.5 million. Award will be based on the Best Value Tradeoff Process.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide janitorial services on a three-day per week schedule unless it conflicts with standard services provided by the Lessor to other tenants or as circumstances may warrant for more cleaning days. All janitorial cleaning shall be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, or by appointment scheduled in advance with each recruiting service. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies required to perform services in compliance with the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will begin on 01 June 2023 and each IDIQ contract will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) one (1) year option periods.

Place of Performance
The janitorial services are to be provided at various Military Recruiting Offices in Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan.
