This Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracting action proceeds under the authority of the Brooks Act of 1972 (Public Law 92-582) as promulgated by FAR 36.6, its respective FAR supplements including: DFARS, AFARs and USACE Acquisition Instruction; as well as Engineering Pamphlet 715-1-7. Please see the attached Synopsis.

Anyone delivering the SF 330 packages in person will need to be wearing a mask. We are still receiving mail and packages at our Contracting Office Address location at US Army Engineer District, Sacramento, 1325 J. Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Notify the Security Guards inside the building entryway that you are delivering a proposal package for Contracting, follow their instructions. They will contact our Contracting Office to have someone to come down and receive the package.
