This is a Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the supply of Small Arms Tool Kits and Cleaning Kits. The customer is the United States Army, Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), located at Detroit Arsenal. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR 8.4, the Federal Supply Schedules program. The ordering procedures at FAR 8.405-3(a) Blanket Purchase Agreements, apply to this order. GSA intends to award a single-award, Firm Fixed Price BPA with one (1) base year and four one-year option periods, with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) under Special Item Numbers/Category: 337215 Firearm Care with the Preponderance NAICS code: 332994 - Small Arms Ordnance & Ordnance Accessory Manufacturing with a Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. This BPA procurement is aside exclusively for small business participation IAW FAR 19.003(a)(3) as allowed by FAR 8.405-5(a)(1).
