Description

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting

Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

  1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) .
  2. Technical Specifications of Quoted Products (Address how they meet Salient Characteristics)

The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 of this RFQ must be included in your offer.

Background
The solicitation is issued by the 7th Contracting Squadron (7 CONS) at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. The purpose of this contract is to acquire Skydio X10D drones, specifically designed for aircraft manufacturing. The government aims to fulfill its operational needs with these advanced drone systems. However, it is important to note that funds are currently not available for this effort, and no award will be made until funding is secured. Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of 2 units of the Skydio X10D Starter Solution (Multi-Band, IR) with the VT300-Z sensor (Model: DR4DSBN3IZA1000NA). The total price for these items will be determined based on the quotes submitted by bidders. Delivery is expected within 60 days after contract award.
