Description

SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SERVICES

The U.S. Department of State intends to conduct a competitive procurement for a professional training service contractor to provide specific skill training courses for Locally Employed Staff at United States Embassy and Consulate Compounds located Worldwide.

The government intends to award one or more IDIQ contracts resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to responsible woman owned small businesses whose proposals conform to this synopsis/solicitation, with technical, price and past performance equal.

All questions regarding this solicitation will be entertained no later than 5:00 PM EST, Thursday, December 11, 2014 to Linda Dinkel via email at DinkeLLL@state.gov.
